Easy Yoga

A gentle yoga class designed to improve flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being for all levels.

Tai Chi

Practice slow, mindful movements to boost balance, flexibility, and inner calm in this meditative class.

Vinyasa Yoga

Our most challenging yoga class, combines strength, flexibility, and fluid movement in a dynamic flow.

Stretch & Align

Improve posture, balance, strength, and flexibility. Expect to feel fully stretched and deeply relaxed.

Chair Yoga

Seated yoga designed for all abilities, focusing on gentle movements to improve mobility and relaxation.

Clinical Exercise Physiology Services
