New Yoga Class Starting Soon
We’re excited to announce an expansion to our group fitness offerings at the EQUIPD Community Gym, designed to bring you more ways to relax, strengthen, and connect with your body.
Starting October 30th, join Ingrid for Vinyasa Yoga on Wednesdays at 6 PM. This evening class flows seamlessly through sequences that build strength and flexibility while promoting mindfulness.
A friendly reminder that we have also recently added a Meditation class on Thursdays at 3:15 PM.
All classes are tailored to various fitness levels and needs. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we have something for everyone.
